Immigration reform starts at home, and although it is important to raise awareness and enact proactive policies, we must also curb any unjust practices that are taking placing here in New York. By suspending S-Comm, you have proven your dedication to the safety and well-being of our communities.
As the H1N1 flu outbreak has caused concern among many New Yorkers. The document below contains information on the current situation and the response on all levels.
It is important to remember that the best guidance is to not panic, to maintain high levels of hygiene, as you would to control the flu during flu season. The H1N1 flu is responding to anti-flu medications and health officials are reporting that at this point it seems less virulent than the average seasonal flu.
