Serrano, honoring the life and accomplishments of long-time clergy leader Monsignor Gerald Ryan passed the New York State Senate unanimously. Msgr. Ryan, previously known as the longest-serving priest in the city, served the South Bronx community for over half a century and was a shining example of outstanding service.
