On Friday, April 15th, Senator Robach had the opportunity to attend, and speak at, a press conference held by United States Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. The legislation was one of the recommendations made by the 9/11 Commission following the 2001 terrorist attacks.
On Friday, Senator Robach made remarks regarding the 2011 Legislative Session. Topics included the passage of an on time budget, a Property Tax Cap, the City of Rochester School District MOE legislation, and getting the state back on the right track.
On Monday, November 21st, I had the opportunity to be a part of Know Your Government Day at the Integrated Arts and Technology School at Franklin High School. I spoke with students on the legislative process and duties of me and my colleagues in the State Legislature, along with how they can have their voices heard in our community. Best wishes to all the students at Franklin on continued success this year!
