Senator Marchione Addresses Pro-Second Amendment Rally in Albany

Senator Kathleen Marchione was invited to address the pro-Second Amendment rally that was held on February 28, 2013 in Albany.  Senator Marchione addressed a record capacity crowd, thanked them for standing strong with her in support of preserving Constitutional freedoms and announced her new legislation, the "Second Amendment Protection Act," (Senate Bill S.3948) which would repeal the unconstitutional provisions of the NY SAFE Act.

Senator Marchione was interviewed by NRANews' Ginny Simone before addressing the historic crowd of pro-Second Amendment supporters who recently gathered in Albany.  Senator Marchione discussed her support for preserving and protecting the Second Amendment Constitutional freedoms of all New Yorkers, and outlined her new legislation, the "Second Amendment Protection Act" (Senate Bill S.3948) which would repeal the unconstitutional provisions of the SAFE Act.
