Cuomo today announced that OneTouch Direct, LLC (OTD), a marketing and call center partner to Fortune 500 companies across North America, will establish a customer service center in Western New York, creating 271 jobs. The company, which has more than $53 million in sales, will invest more than $1.5 million to build out and equip a facility in Orchard Park, New York.
