¿Cómo debo llevar un arma al sitio de devolución?

Las armas deben ser colocados en una bolsa de plástico o de papel o en una caja.

 

¿Puedo transportar el arma en mi auto?

Sí. Si va ha transportar el arma en un vehiculo, el arma debe ser transportado en el maletero/ baúl del vehiculo.

 

¿Cuándo recibiré la tarjeta de dinero en efectivo?

Después de que el arma sea examinada por oficiales y determinada ser operable, se le expedirá una tarjeta de dinero en efectivo.

 

¿Puedo entregar un rifle o una escopeta?

Sí, rifles y escopetas, serán aceptados. Sin embargo, el pago para los rifles y escopetas es de sólo $ 20.

Brooklyn Gun Buy Back

El Senador Martin Malavé Dilan se ha asociado con el Fiscal del Distrito del condado de Kings Charles J. Hynes, el asambleísta Rafael Espinal, el concejal Erik Martin Dilan, y el comisionado del NYPD  Raymond W. Kelly, para albergar el programa Cash For Guns ( dinero por armas), sin hacer preguntas, el programa de recompra de arma de fuego en Brooklyn, Sábado 15 de diciembre.

Entregue  un arma y recibirá una tarjeta de banco con $200 por un arma operable, y una tarjeta de banco con $20 para rifles y escopetas operables.

Senator Dilan Announces Passage of Common Sense Gun Laws

Senator Martin Malavé Dilan (D-Brooklyn) today announced that the New York State Senate has passed the most comprehensive gun control legislation in the country. The NY Safe Act was passed with unanimous support from the Democratic Conference and included multiple pieces of legislation previously sponsored by Democratic Senators.

“Following the recent tragedies in Webster, New York and Newtown, Connecticut, New Yorkers made it clear that the time to enact common-sense gun measures had come. With the passage of this comprehensive legislative package, New York is now the national standard in the continued fight to protect the public from the scourge of gun violence,” said Senator Dilan.

Kelly, to host a Cash For Guns, no questions asked, gun buyback program in Brooklyn, Saturday December 15.

Turn in a weapon and receive a $200 Bank Card for a operable handgun, and a $20 bank card for operable rifles and shotguns.
