Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke before the Daughters of the American Revolution in Port Byron and presented them with a special New York State Resolution in commemoration of Constitution Week. Constitution Week memorializes America’s most important document and celebrates our Country’s commitment to liberty and freedom.

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended the Savannah Tribute to America, where he paid special tribute to Lt. Col. Dr. Debbie Heit for her outstanding service and sacrifice for our Nation. Senator Nozzolio was honored recognize our brave servicemen and women.

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended the St. Anthony’s Festival in Seneca Falls. The festival showcases the rich Italian history and traditions of the Seneca Falls area. Senator Nozzolio had the opportunity to meet with many of the festivals patrons, sample the food, and speak with the local vendors.

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended the 34th Annual Hang Around Victor Day. The annual event brings hundreds of visitors to Victor and is an important economic opportunity for local residents to showcase all of the things that make Victor such a great place to live. Hang Around Victor Day was a tremendously successful event and Senator Nozzolio was honored to have the opportunity to meet with so many residents, business owners and other visitors to the area

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended the Village of Webster’s 9/11 Memorial Service to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice nine years ago. Senator Nozzolio acknowledged the lives of those who died that day and those individuals who continue to fight and sacrifice for our Nation’s freedom and safety around the world.

Senator Mike Nozzolio had the privilege of speaking at the Veterans Monument Dedication and 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony in Clifton Springs. Located in the Veterans Memorial Park, the monument pays tribute to the brave men and women who have made tremendous sacrifices in the name of our Nation’s freedom. At the dedication, Senator Nozzolio was also honored to remember those that were lost on September 11, 2001.

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently presented a special New York State Resolution to the St. Anthony’s Festival Committee Members. For 30 years, the Committee has been organizing the St. Anthony’s festival, celebrating the rich Italian traditions of our region. Senator Nozzolio was honored to be able to recognize the Committee members and be a part of their procession to St. Patrick’s Church on Sunday Morning.
Senator Mike Nozzolio recently cut the ribbon at the new Henderson Webster Ford Lincoln Facility in Webster, New York. Formerly Webster Ford Lincoln Mercury, Henderson will continue its dedicated service to the Webster community, providing exceptional service, creating jobs, and strengthening the local economy. Seneca Falls - Senator Mike Nozzolio’s ongoing efforts to strengthen capital investment, create jobs, and encourage business development recently resulted in the groundbreaking of a new branch of Lyons National Bank in Seneca Falls.

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently honored Ron Hermanet with a special New York State Resolution, recognizing his 22 years of distinguished services as Commissioner of the Walworth Fire Department. Ron selflessly dedicated his life to bravely serving and protecting his community. Senator Nozzolio felt privileged to have the opportunity to recognize Ron’s dedication.

Senator Nozzolio recently attended the Patrick Penafeather Memorial Golf Tournament, which honors Patrick Penafeather, who passed away 20 years ago after battling meningitis. Patrick is remembered as a warm and caring young man and the annual golf tournament has raised thousands of dollars in college scholarships for young men and women. Senator Nozzolio, who also lost his nephew to meningitis, has been a strong advocate for meningitis education and research and was honored to take part in the event.

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended the one year anniversary of Eleven Lakes Winery in Seneca Falls. Eleven Lakes pays homage to each of the Finger Lakes with every bottle of wine that they make. Senator Nozzolio was honored to attend the celebration of such an outstanding business in the Finger Lakes.

Senator Nozzolio recently participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for DNT Express’ new warehouse in Clyde, New York. DNT Express started in 2003 as a wine delivery service with only three employees. DNT is now a growing and thriving business with more than thirty drivers in its fleet. Senator Nozzolio was instrumental in bringing DNT to the Town of Clyde and was honored to have the opportunity to join their opening ceremony.

Senator Mike Nozzolio recently met with representatives of the Newark-Wayne Community Hospital at Boller Point Vineyards in Sodus, NY. Senator Nozzlio had the opportunity to discuss the future of the Finger Lakes region with individuals who are on the frontline of both the healthcare and agriculture industries.

Senator Nozzolio recently attended the Rebuilding Buford benefit in Walworth. The benefit was to support Vaughn “Buford” Pembroke, who recently suffered a motorcycle accident in May. Buford spent his life giving back to the community, contributing to the Boy Scouts of America and the Lions Club, as a member of the West Walworth and Lincoln Fire Departments, and as a member of the Wayne County School Board. Senator Nozzolio was honored to be a part of Buford’s benefit.

Senator Nozzolio recently attended the Pickin’ in the Pasture Bluegrass Festival in Lodi. Every year, Pickin' In The Pasture hosts some of the finest professional bluegrass entertainment in the country. Senator Nozzolio had the opportunity to introduce the United States Navy Band, Country Current.

Newark- Senator Mike Nozzolio recently participated in the annual Newark Rose Parade. Senator Nozzolio had the opportunity to meet with members of the Newark Fire Department and to congratulate some of their youngest volunteers for their creative float on fire safety.
