Ranzenhofer Supports Anti-Bullying Legislation; New York among only seven States with no anti-bullying law

State Senator Michael H. Ranzenhofer has announced his support for anti-bullying legislation.   New York is only one of seven states that do not have a law to target school bullying.  Bully Police, a national watchdog group, has given New York State its lowest grade for not passing a law to protect school children from bullies.

Ranzenhofer Announces Free Car Seat Safety Checks in Kenmore/Tonawanda

State Senator Michael H. Ranzenhofer has announced a Free Car Seat Safety Check on Saturday, July 31 from 10 a.m. to Noon at the parking lot of the Kenmore West High School, 33 Highland Parkway in Kenmore.

“Every parent knows that installing a car seat can be difficult.  This event will give parents information on how to properly install car seats as well as ensure the car seat they have is safely secured,” said Senator Ranzenhofer. 

The program is free and open to the public.  No appointment or RSVP is necessary.  Water and pop will be served.  For more information, please contact Senator Ranzenhofer’s District Office at (716) 631-8695.

Ranzenhofer sponsors car seat safety check in Kenmore

Parents can get their child’s seat inspected for free

State Senator Michael H. Ranzenhofer will sponsor a free car seat safety check on Saturday, August 27 from 10 a.m. to Noon at Kenmore West High School, 33 Highland Parkway in Kenmore.

“Every parent knows that installing a car seat can be difficult.  Certified technicians from local police agencies will be on hand to ensure your child’s car seat is safely and properly secured. Even if you think your child’s car seat is already properly installed, it never hurts to double-check,” said Senator Ranzenhofer.
