Earth Day Poster Contest. This year we received many outstanding posters that exemplify the creativity of the young people in the 4th Senatorial District.
Each entry from my District displayed tremendous originality and vision as well as obvious concern for the ecological future of our communities and our state. February 28, 2014 - Bay Shore, NY: New York State Senator Phil Boyle takes great pride in the cultural diversity of the 4th Senatorial District. In honor of Black Month, Senator Boyle hosted his 2nd Annual Awards Ceremony and Celebration on Thursday, February 27th, at the Bay Shore Brightwaters Public Library. The Senator acknowledged twelve well-deserved African-American residents from the Towns of Babylon and Islip with special awards for their service to the community.
Check out the most recent episode of the "The Big Picture with Senator Phil Boyle." The guests were three of this year's honorees from Senator Boyle's upcoming Black History Month celebration. They provided great advice for young people to help steer them toward successful futures.
Employee will operate a forklift to load trailers, unload trailers and move, locate, stack and count product. The operator is responsible for the safe & efficient operation of the vehicle, and is also required to maintain a safe & clean work environment. This is a full time position on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) in a Union Plant.

Senator Phil Boyle sponsors bill to avoid re-traumatization of sexual assault victims by sharing treatment sessions with offenders
February 2, 2014 - Albany, NY: In an effort to provide a safe and non-threatening outpatient treatment environment for sexual abuse victims, Senator Phil Boyle is sponsoring “Victim Safe Treatment” Bill (S.4251). The primary purpose of this bill is to create guidelines and procedures that prevent additional victimization of sexual offense victims while receiving mental health or chemical dependence treatment.
