Suzi Oppenheimer's Constituent stories

Lindsay Farrell was appointed President and CEO by the Board of Directors in October 1998. Since that time, Open Door Family Medical Centers has grown significantly adding sites, programs and technologies to more than double the number of low-income people served. Home-grown at Open Door where she volunteered initially and has worked since 1986, Ms. Farrell has been Open Door’s Director of Operations and Director of Development. As Director of  Development, she was responsible for capital fund drives for major facility expansions. Today, Open Door is also recognized by the National Committee on Quality Assurance as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home and has won the prestigious Davies Award for community health from the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society.

I would like to thank Lakeville Elementary School and their students for participating in our Earth Day Poster Competition. In keeping with the theme of our Earth Day Celebration of “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.” We will celebrate and honor Earth Day this year  by displaying your work on my website.
