I can't direct a State agency to decide a matter in your favor but I can push to make sure that you get prompt and fair consideration.

Please keep in mind that it's illegal for Senators or their staff members to interfere with our Judges' activities. If you need help with proceedings, judgments or sentences in a court of law, then you'll need to seek private legal counsel.

And please also keep in mind that I'm your State Senator who works up in Albany.  If you need help with Federal matters, then please get in touch with one of our Federal legislators who work down in Washington.
