Senator Morahan along with Hudson Valley Delegation Co-Chair Jeffrey Klein hosted a bipartisan meeting to address MTA regional concerns with an emphasis placed on the payroll tax.  New MTA Chairman Jay Walder joined the Senate Delegation to hear their concerns.
