Senator Ranzenhofer comments on the 12th Budget Extender
Last week, the State Senate passed the 12th Budget Extender. Senator Ranzenhofer voted against it becuase he believes that the State Legislature must pass a complete budget now - not piece-meal portions on a weekly basis.
More fees, more spending and more new State employees and programs were included in the latest budget extender, along with $40 million in tax and fee increases.
