Senator Martins' 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament Featured on Cablevision's Neighborhood Journal
The Summer extravaganza “Martins Classic 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament” sponsored by State Senator Jack Martins is a featured highlight on Cablevision’s “Neighborhood Journal” on Channel 118 throughout the month of August! The show features the 3-on-3 tournament along with interviews and highlights of the Henry Viscardi Cougars versus the Elmont Memorial Spartan’s basketball exhibition!
During the segment, you will see exciting basketball action, commentary and story behind the largest community event in Elmont outside the Belmont Stakes! Over 4,500 people participated in the tournament this year which was highlighted by the New York Knicks and a special guest appearance by John Starks!
“This feature on Cablevision Channel 118 captures the excitement and fun that was the 3-on-3 tournament this year,” said State Senator Jack Martins adding, “I was very proud to sponsor the day and continue this Elmont, Franklin Square, Floral Park, North Valley Stream, South Floral Park, Bellerose Terrace, Stewart Manor and Bellerose Village tradition!”

Tuesdays- 9am, 11am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 3pm, 6:30pm, 10pm and 11pm
Wednesdays- 7:30am, 9am, 1:30pm, 3pm, 6:30pm and 11pm
Thursdays- 9am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 3pm, 6:30pm, 11pm
Fridays- 9am, 1:30pm, 3pm, 6:30pm and 11pm
Saturdays- 7:30am, 1:30pm, 3pm, 6:30pm, 8pm, 10pm and 11pm
