New York State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick) votes to enact an autism insurance reform law which would enable individuals with autism to receive insurance coverage for the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of autism spectrum disorders.

The legislation, which Senator Fuschillo sponsored, has been passed by the New York State Senate and Assembly.
