Sen. Perkins highlights NYC subway rats problem

Senator Bill Perkins of Northern Manhattan raises the issues of extensive rat infestation in New York City subways. Sen. Perkins participated in an event with TWU Local 100 and WE ACT for Environmental Justice at the 181st ST subway station on the 1 train to demand a rat-free subway for all New Yorkers.
