Help Restore Yellow School Bus Service For Staten Island Students
Senator Andrew Lanza is leading the fight to ensure that Staten Island students will have their yellow school bus service restored. Lanza recently secured passage of his legislation (S.2328) that will require the New York City Department of Education to provide school bus service to ALL students citywide who are in need of transportation. Leaving no stone unturned, Lanza also joined Assemblyman Michael Cusick on additional legislation (S.5897) which will force the City to fill empty school bus seats and give Staten Island its fair share of transportation resources. Please join Senator Lanza in his fight to ensure our children have safe and accessible school bus transportation.
If you support Lanza’s legislation and want the City to restore school bus service on Staten Island please sign the petition below. This petition will be sent to Mayor Bloomberg, the New York City Council and leaders of the State Legislature.
