Join Senator Flanagan In Banning The Sale Of Salvia Divinorum

On Monday, March 21st, the New York Senate passed Senator Flanagan's legislation banning the sale of the legal hallucinogen salvia divinorum throughout New York State. Now the Assembly needs to act to ban this substance, which is widely claimed to have the same effects as lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), to help protect our community.
