The Neighborhood Heating Fund (Heartshare) was created to help low-income families and individuals with elevated heating bills meet their monthly payments. Eligible recipients can receive $200 towards their National Grid bill. Applicants must first apply for and receive HEAP in order to apply for the NHF grant.
