New York State Senator Chris Jacobs will be hosting a free Senior Health & Wellness Fair with health screenings, wellness information and healthy giveaways.

Attendees will receive free blood pressure checks, hearing and vision tests, as well as receive free dietary and nutritional advice. Seniors wishing more information can contact Senator Jacobs’ office at (716) 854-8705 and jacobs@nysenate.gov.
