Orange County Veterans Resource Fair

On Tuesday, November 12, Senator Jen Metzger will sponsor a free resource fair for active duty service members, veterans, and their families at the American Legion Post 214 in Warwick. Senator Metzger has partnered with state and local organizations to make resources available and provide assistance to veterans and their families in areas including health care, housing, legal services, and more.

Partners include: Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, Joseph P. Dwyer Vet2Vet, Middletown VA Clinic, the Comptroller’s Office of Unclaimed Funds, and Orange County Veterans Affairs.

Attendees will also have an opportunity to pay their respects at the New York Warrior Promise Wall, a traveling memorial, honoring the servicemen and women who have fallen to suicide.

The fair is open to active duty service members, veterans of any branch of the U.S. military, and their families.
