Pneumonia Shot Clinic

Walgreens and I are sponsoring a Pneumonia Shot Clinic at the Bethpage Public Library on Thursday, March 2, 2017.

There are no-out-of-pocket expenses for all Medicare eligible patients, and a Medicare insurance card will be required at the time of vaccination.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling my Community Office at 516-739-1700.
