Free Prostate Cancer Screening

Please join me on May 3rd for a FREE Prostate Cancer Screening.

The event will take place at the Advanced Urology Centers of New York - Bethpage (480 Hicksville Rd, Bethpage) from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

**Appointments are necessary. Space is limited.

Men with a close male relative (father, brother) who had prostate cancer, are at an increased risk for being diagnosed with this disease.

African-Americans have the highest death rate for prostate cancer of any racial or ethnic group in the U.S, 2.4 times higher than in white men.

Men over the age of 50 are at greater risk for prostate cancer.

When caught early, the relative 5 year survival rate of prostate cancer is nearly 100%.

**This free screening is only for men who have never previously been diagnosed with prostate cancer and includes a PSA blood test and digital rectal exam. Patients must bring a photo ID and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to receive results in the mail.
