Lyme Disease Awareness Presentation

Did you know that the Northeastern United States continues to be one of our nation's hardest-hit regions when it comes to Lyme and other tick-borne diseases that affect everyone from infants to seniors?

Please join me on Thursday, May 11th for a Lyme Disease Awareness Presentation. It will take place at the East Meadow Public Library (1886 Front Street, East Meadow) from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Dr. Bruce Polsky, Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Winthrop University Hospital, will discuss Lyme disease epidemiology, the risk factors, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, prevention and treatment.

Reservations for this FREE event are required. Visit www.kemphannon.com or call my district office at 516-739-1700 to sign up today.
