Brown Bag Medication Review

I would like to extend an invitation to you to join me for the second part of a special two-part program that I’m hosting on Medication Checkups.  

The “Brown Bag Medication Review” will take place on Thursday, September 15th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Farmingdale Public Library (116 Merritts Road, Farmingdale).  The Brown Bag Medication Review is the second part of my "Medication Checkup"

During the Brown Bag Medication Review, you will be asked to gather all of your medications, (prescriptions, over-the-counter medications & supplements), put them in a “bag” and bring them in!  A pharmacist will sit down with you, one-on-one, to review your medications.
