AN ACT to direct the New York state office of real property services  to
  create a computer program that is accessible to the public

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
the New York state office of real property services is  hereby  directed
to  change  the  current computer program so that citizens of this state
can access certain tax data, including but not  limited  to,  the  RPSv4
computer program.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
