AN  ACT  to  amend the highway law, in relation to designating a certain
  highway in the city  of  Norwich,  county  of  Chenango,  as  a  state
  arterial highway

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. That part of section 349-e of the highway law which  desig-
nates state arterial routes for the city of Norwich is amended by adding
a new paragraph 3 to read as follows:
  3. BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH BROAD AND REXFORD STREETS IN
THE  CITY  OF  NORWICH, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG REXFORD STREET TO THE CITY
LIMIT; FROM THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH BROAD AND PLEASANT STREETS IN  THE
CITY  OF  NORWICH,  THENCE  WESTERLY  ALONG  PLEASANT STREET TO PLYMOUTH
STREET; AND FROM THE INTERSECTION OF PLEASANT AND  PLYMOUTH  STREETS  IN
THE  CITY OF NORWICH, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG PLYMOUTH STREET TO THE CITY
LIMIT. APPROXIMATE LENGTH 1.51 MILES.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
