DINOWITZ -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Aging AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to developing and promot- ing senior center based domestic violence prevention programs THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (l) of subdivision 3 of section 575 of the execu- tive law is relettered paragraph (m) and a new paragraph (l) is added to read as follows: (L) DEVELOPING AND PROMOTING SENIOR CENTER BASED PREVENTION PROGRAMS; S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10444-02-1
