AN ACT in relation to authorizing the conveyance of real property at the
  State  University  of  New  York  College of Environmental Science and
  Forestry

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding  any other provision of law, the state of
New York is authorized to convey to Syracuse University all its  rights,
title  and  interest  in  the  real  property  and  improvements thereon
described as Parcel A in section two of this act, now owned  or  in  the
future  to  be owned by the state of New York and under the jurisdiction
of the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and
Forestry, in exchange for the conveyance by Syracuse University  to  the
state  of  New York, for the benefit of the State University of New York
College of Environmental Science and Forestry, of all its rights,  title
and  interest in the real property and improvements thereon described as
Parcel B in section three of this act,  owned  by  Syracuse  University,
upon  such  terms and conditions as the parties shall agree. The convey-
ances authorized by this act shall not be subject to the approval of the
attorney general as to any matter, other than title, or to the  approval
of  the  state  comptroller  as to any matter, and may be made upon such
terms and conditions as the state of New York  and  Syracuse  University
may agree.
  S  2.  The property authorized by this act to be conveyed by the state
of New York to Syracuse University is generally described s a parcel  of
real  property  with  improvements  thereon, consisting of approximately
1.62 acres, located in the City of  Syracuse,  County  of  Onondaga,  as
follows.  Bound  by  Standart  Street  to the south, Henry Street to the
west, East Raynor Avenue to the north, and Stadium Place  to  the  east,
being more particularly described as follows:

AN ACT in relation to authorizing the conveyance of real property at the
