  and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee
  on Rules

AN ACT to amend the civil service  law,  in  relation  to  compensation,
  benefits  and  other terms and conditions of employment of state offi-
  cers and employees who are the members  of  the  security  supervisors
  unit;  to  amend  the  state  finance law, in relation to the employee
  benefit fund for all members of  the  security  supervisors  unit;  to
  amend  chapter  15  of the laws of 2012 amending the civil service law
  and other laws relating to compensation and benefits of certain  state
  officers  and employees, in relation to increases in salary payable to
  officers and employees; to authorize funding of joint labor-management
  committees; to implement  an  agreement  between  the  state  and  the
  employee  organization representing the members of the security super-
  visors unit; to repeal certain provisions of  the  civil  service  law
  relating  thereto;  and  making  an  appropriation  for the purpose of
  effectuating certain provisions thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Paragraph  i of subdivision 1 of section 130 of the civil
service law is REPEALED and a new  paragraph  i  is  added  to  read  as
follows:
  I.  PURSUANT  TO  THE  TERMS  OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE AND AN
EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATION ENTERED INTO PURSUANT TO ARTICLE FOURTEEN OF  THIS
CHAPTER  COVERING  MEMBERS OF THE COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATING UNIT DESIGNATED
AS SECURITY SUPERVISORS WHO ARE EMPLOYED  BY  THE  STATE  DEPARTMENT  OF
CORRECTIONS  AND COMMUNITY SUPERVISION AND ARE DESIGNATED AS PEACE OFFI-
CERS PURSUANT TO SUBDIVISION TWENTY-FIVE OF SECTION 2.10 OF THE CRIMINAL
PROCEDURE LAW, EFFECTIVE ON THE DATES INDICATED, SALARY GRADES FOR POSI-
TIONS IN THE COMPETITIVE, NON-COMPETITIVE AND LABOR CLASSES SHALL BE  AS
FOLLOWS:
  (1) EFFECTIVE APRIL SECOND, TWO THOUSAND NINE FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOY-
EES  ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE PAYROLL AND EFFECTIVE MARCH TWENTY-SIXTH, TWO
THOUSAND NINE FOR OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES ON THE INSTITUTIONAL PAYROLL:
