AN ACT relating to making the unregistered domestic  partner  of  Martin
  McWilliams  eligible  to  receive  benefits under section 208-f of the
  general municipal law and section 13-347 of the administrative code of
  the city of New York

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 162 of the laws
of 2003, the unregistered domestic partner of Martin McWilliams shall be
entitled to receive benefits under section 208-f of the general  munici-
pal law and section 13-347 of the administrative code of the city of New
York.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
