GLICK -- read once and referred to the Committee on Higher Education AN ACT to repeal subdivision 7 of section 7908 of the education law, relating to requirements for sponsors of learning activities which contribute to mandatory continuing competency requirements for occupa- tional therapists and occupational therapy assistants THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 7 of section 7908 of the education law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect on the same date and in the same manner as chapter 444 of the laws of 2012 takes effect. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD04912-01-3
