COLTON -- read once and referred to the Committee on Codes AN ACT to amend the criminal procedure law, in relation to United States Environmental Protection Agency special agents THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2.15 of the criminal procedure law is amended by adding a new subdivision 28 to read as follows: 28. UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY SPECIAL AGENTS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD04183-01-3
