GOODELL -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend chapter 321 of the laws of 2011, amending the environ- mental conservation law relating to allowing the use of rifles for deer hunting in the county of Chautauqua, in relation to making the provisions thereof permanent THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 321 of the laws of 2011, amending the environmental conservation law relating to allowing the use of rifles for deer hunting in the county of Chautauqua, is amended to read as follows: S 3. This act shall take effect immediately, provided that: a. the amendments to item (i) of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of the environmental conservation law made by section one of this act shall be subject to the expiration and reversion of such paragraph pursuant to section 13 of chapter 600 of the laws of 1993, as amended, when upon such date the provisions of section two of this act shall take effect; AND b. the amendments to item (i) of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of the environmental conservation law made by section two of this act shall be subject to the expiration and reversion of such paragraph pursuant to section 17 of chapter 483 of the laws of 2010, as amended[; c. nothing contained in this act shall be construed so as to extend the provisions of this act beyond January 1, 2014, when upon such date this act shall expire and the provisions contained herein shall be deemed repealed].
