AN  ACT  to  amend the general municipal law, in relation to authorizing
  the lease of space on sports field fence in the town of Sweden, Monroe
  County

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  The  general  municipal  law  is  amended by adding a new
section 77-f to read as follows:
  S 77-F. SPORTS FIELD FENCE LEASES IN THE TOWN OF SWEDEN, MONROE  COUN-
TY.  NOTWITHSTANDING  ANY PROVISION OF ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL OR LOCAL LAW
OR OF ANY CHARTER TO THE CONTRARY, THE TOWN OF  SWEDEN,  MONROE  COUNTY,
MAY  LEASE ANY AND ALL SPORTS FIELD FENCES AT THE SWEDEN TOWN PARK ANNU-
ALLY, AT A NOMINAL RENT, TO A NOT-FOR-PROFIT  CORPORATION  OR  ORGANIZA-
TION,  ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PERMITTING THE SALE OF ADVERTISING, WITH  THE  REVENUES  TO  BE  USED
SOLELY  FOR THE CARE OF SAID SWEDEN TOWN PARK ON REDMAN ROAD IN THE TOWN
OF SWEDEN.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
