AN  ACT  to amend the education law, in relation to financial disclosure
  by employees of  state  operated  campus  foundations,  including  the
  Research Foundation of the State University of New York

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 355 of the education law is amended by adding a new
subdivision 6-b to read as follows:
  6-B. EMPLOYEES OF STATE OPERATED CAMPUS FOUNDATIONS, INCLUDING EMPLOY-
EES OF THE RESEARCH FOUNDATION OF THE  STATE  UNIVERSITY  OF  NEW  YORK,
SHALL   BE   SUBJECT   TO   FINANCIAL  DISCLOSURE  PURSUANT  TO  SECTION
SEVENTY-THREE-A OF THE PUBLIC OFFICERS LAW AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE
SALARIES OF SUCH EMPLOYEES SHALL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
