AN ACT to amend chapter 192 of the laws of 2011, relating to authorizing
  certain health care professionals licensed to practice in other juris-
  dictions to practice in this state in connection with an  event  sanc-
  tioned  by  New  York Road Runners, in relation to the dates when such
  authorization is effective

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subdivision  d of section 1 of chapter 192 of the laws of
2011, relating to authorizing certain health care professionals licensed
to practice  in  other  jurisdictions  to  practice  in  this  state  in
connection with an event sanctioned by New York Road Runners, as amended
by chapter 4 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
  d.  the Bronx half marathon scheduled to be held on September [21] 28,
2014;
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided that the  amend-
ments  to  section 1 of chapter 192 of the laws of 2011, made by section
one of this act, shall not affect the expiration  of  such  section  and
shall be deemed repealed therewith.
