KOLB -- read once and referred to the Committee on Governmental Employees AN ACT relating to part-time police officer positions in the town of Seneca Falls in Seneca county THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contra- ry, part-time police officer positions in the town of Seneca Falls, in the county of Seneca, shall be deemed non-competitive positions for purposes of civil service. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD14938-01-4
