AN ACT in relation to certain aid for the General Brown  central  school
  district

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
the aggregate amount of one million one  hundred  twenty-three  thousand
nine  hundred  and  twelve dollars received by the General Brown central
school district from the Utica National Insurance  Group  allocated  for
the  rebuilding  of  the  bus garage and the lease of buses shall not be
deducted from the cost allowance used to compute aid for  such  projects
pursuant  to  subdivisions 6 and 7 of section 3602 of the education law.
Any amount due and payable to the General Brown central school  district
for  school  years  prior to the 2014-15 school year as a result of this
act shall be paid pursuant to the provisions of paragraph c of  subdivi-
sion 5 of section 3604 of the education law.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
