AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to legislation pertaining
  to security in school districts statewide

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. Section 2801-a of the education law is amended by adding a
new subdivision 10 to read as follow:
  10. ANY LEGISLATION PERTAINING TO SECURITY IN SCHOOL  DISTRICTS  SHALL
NOT  BE  LIMITED  TO  ANY INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP OF SCHOOLS BUT SHALL APPLY
UNIVERSALLY THROUGHOUT THE STATE.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
