AN ACT to amend the  environmental  conservation  law,  in  relation  to
  decreasing certain hunting fees for non-resident disabled veterans

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Paragraph b of subdivision 3  of  section  11-0715  of  the
environmental conservation law, as amended by chapter 276 of the laws of
2013  and  subparagraph 3 as amended by section 25 of part EE of chapter
55 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:
  b. In the case of a non-resident and persons resident in the state for
less than thirty days:
        License                                   Fee
        (1) (a) Hunting                           $100.00
        (b) Hunting ages fifteen and under          $5.00
        (C) HUNTING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS BEEN
        HONORABLY DISCHARGED FROM SERVICE
        IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE
        UNITED STATES AND IS CERTIFIED
        AS HAVING A FORTY PERCENT OR
        GREATER SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITY        $5.00
        (2) (A) Fishing                            $50.00
        (B) FISHING FOR A PERSON WHO HAS BEEN
        HONORABLY DISCHARGED FROM SERVICE
        IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE
        UNITED STATES AND IS CERTIFIED
        AS HAVING A FORTY PERCENT OR
        GREATER SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITY        $5.00
        (3) Seven-day fishing                      $28.00
        (4)(a) Trapping                           $275.00
        (b) Trapping ages fifteen and under         $5.00
        (5)(a) Bowhunting privilege                $30.00
        (b) Bowhunting privilege ages
