BRINDISI -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Real Property Taxation AN ACT to amend chapter 367 of the laws of 2013 relating to a certain agreement for a payment in lieu of taxes, in relation to the applica- tion thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 367 of the laws of 2013 relating to a certain agreement for a payment in lieu of taxes is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall only apply to taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2009 and ending on or before December 31, [2012] 2013. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD15555-01-6
