GALEF -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to repeal section 586 of the general municipal law, relating to the Ossining urban renewal agency THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 586 of the general municipal law is REPEALED. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. GALEF -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT to repeal section 586 of the general municipal law, relating to the Ossining urban renewal agency THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 586 of the general municipal law is REPEALED. S 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any existing records, property, rights, titles and interest of the village of Ossining urban renewal agency shall vest in and be possessed by the village of Ossining and its successors or assigns.
