AN ACT to authorize the transfer of certain pumping stations to the city
  of New York

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  The  Waterside  Estates at Cresthaven Home Owners Associ-
ation, Inc. is hereby authorized to  transfer  the  rights,  titles  and
interests  for  the  pumping  stations  located at 150-102 Powell's Cove
Boulevard, Whitestone, BB 4507, Lot 37 and 150-113 Powell's Cove  Boule-
vard,  Whitestone,  BB 4487, Lot 90 to the city of New York. The city of
New York shall accept such transfer  and  authorize  the  department  of
environmental  protection  to  supervise and maintain the aforementioned
pumping stations in the interest  of  the  residents  of  the  Waterside
Estates and the city of New York.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
