BILL NUMBER:S5918 TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the penal law, in relation to the validity of a license to carry and possess a firearm in the city of New York PURPOSE: The purpose of this bill is to grant validity to licenses to carry a pistol or revolver held by dealers, manufacturers, and gunsmiths while travelling through the city of New York during their course of employment.
