AN ACT to amend chapter 672 of the laws of  1993,  amending  the  public
  authorities  law relating to the construction and financing of facili-
  ties for certain public libraries, in relation to including the  Hamp-
  ton Bays public library

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision 49 of section 5 of chapter 672 of the  laws  of
1993,  amending  the public authorities law relating to the construction
and financing of facilities for certain public libraries, as  renumbered
by  chapter  467 of the laws of 2015, is renumbered subdivision 52 and a
new subdivision 51 is added to read as follows:
  51. HAMPTON BAYS PUBLIC LIBRARY
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
