  printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government

AN ACT to amend the Onondaga Lake Amphitheater Infrastructure and  Revi-
  talization Project act, in relation to the effectiveness thereof

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 13 of chapter 351 of the laws of 2014, constituting
the Onondaga Lake Amphitheater Infrastructure and Revitalization Project
act, is amended to read as follows:
  S 13. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire  and  be
deemed  repealed  [two]  FOUR  years  after such date, provided that, if
Onondaga county has issued requests for qualifications for  the  project
prior  to such repeal, such project shall be permitted to continue under
this act notwithstanding such repeal.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
