  gations and Government Operations

IN ASSEMBLY -- Introduced by M. of A. McDONALD -- read once and referred
  to the Committee on Governmental Operations

AN ACT to repeal subdivision 12 of section 3 of the public officers law,
  relating to qualifications for holding office in  the  city  of  Troy,
  Rensselaer  county;  and  to repeal subdivision 6 of section 30 of the
  public officers law, relating to vacancies in city offices in the city
  of Troy, Rensselaer county

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Subdivision 12 of section 3 of the public officers law is
REPEALED.
  S 2. Subdivision 6 of  section  30  of  the  public  officers  law  is
REPEALED.
  S 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
