 AN ACT to amend the general municipal law, in relation to the placing of
   a lien for unpaid property taxes against the proceeds of a fire insur-
   ance policy on any real property located within a municipality

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Paragraph (e) of subdivision 1 of section 22 of the general
 municipal  law,  as added by chapter 569 of the laws of 1978, is amended
 to read as follows:
   (e) "Real property" means property upon which  there  is  erected  any
 residential, commercial or industrial building or structure except a one
 or two OWNER-OCCUPIED family residential structure.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

 one  or  two]  AN OWNER-OCCUPIED SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE AND
 OWNER-OCCUPIED TWO family residential [structure] STRUCTURES.
