 AN ACT to repeal subdivision 11 of section 17 of the public officers law
   relating to including certain physicians in provisions of law relating
   to the defense and indemnification of state officers and employees

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Subdivision 11 of section 17 of the public officers law is
 REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
